RA Management Maintenance Technician in POUGHKEEPSIE, New York

Youll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and carpentry work, all while upholding our high standards for quality and safety. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met. * Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames. * Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management. * Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. * Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds. * Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed. * Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively. * Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance. * Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages. * Other duties as assigned.
