Job Title: RF Test TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking qualified RF Test Technicians who are eager to contribute to our growth stage by working on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role requires proficiency in operating various RF test equipment and the ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering team in a research and development environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct RF testing using equipment such as VNAs, PNAs, and spectrum analyzers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test setups and equipment.
Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance testing processes and outcomes.
Ensure all testing is completed accurately and punctually, adhering to project deadlines.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using RF test equipment, including VNAs, PNAs, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Experience in troubleshooting RF test setups and equipment.
Strong understanding of electronics and radio frequency principles.
Ability to work 48-52 hours per week minimum.
Experience working alongside engineering teams in an R&D environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electronics.
Experience with 70GHz speed testing is highly desired.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.50/hr.
