Aerotek Assembler (1st Shift) in Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Actively seeking Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift in the Pottstown, PA area OFFERING WEEKLY PAY
Location: Pottstown, PA
Pay: $20/hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble cables and components according to work instructions and engineering specifications
Perform soldering, crimping, stripping, and connector installation using small hand tools
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly documentation
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
Report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Good vision skills
Good quality and inspection skills
Shift Details: 1st shift 6:30am-3:00pm M-F; 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm M-F

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
