Aerotek Solder Technician in Post Falls, Idaho
Aerotek is hiring Solder Technicians for a manufacturing company in Post Falls!
Job Duties: Perform soldering functions to company standards. Perform all levels of thru-hole component and minimal SMT soldering to IPC standards. Accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Work from engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, work instructions and prints. Use a variety of tools, small hand tools such as solder irons, wire strippers, crimpers, calipers, gauges, torque tools. Visual inspection to identify good and bad solder joints and perform solder rework as needed to attain conformance both Lead and ROHS.
Requirements: At least one year of soldering experience is required. Must be able to interpret resistor color codes and capacitors values. Must be able to utilize electrical and manual tools such as soldering irons, de-soldering equipment, solder removal tools. Must be able to perform rework, repair and modification of printed circuit boards, and/or assemblies to required specifications. Training in IPC Standards a plus.
Details: Day shift available – full time. Optional OT available too. Pay starts at $19/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
