Victory Enterprises LLP is a locally owned, Christian landscaping company built on integrity, hard work, and personal responsibility. We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual who can work independently, stay productive throughout the day, and take ownership of their work. This is a hands-on outdoor position that includes lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming), pruning and hedging, property cleanups, light landscaping and planting, and operating landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and hedgers.
This role requires someone who stays productive without constant supervision, takes initiative, moves to the next task without being told, shows up on time and ready to work, and takes pride in the quality of their work. We do not stand around or wait for directionthis is a fast-paced, active work environment.
Landscaping experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable and willing to learn. Pay is \$18\$23 per hour depending on experience.
