Job Title: Entry Level CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level CNC Operator to work in our trim department, operating a CNC flat router and producing parts. This role involves running the machine and deburring parts. The tasks are straightforward, and we provide training for individuals with mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in machine operation is beneficial, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
Operate the CNC flat router to produce parts.
Deburr parts to ensure quality.
Meet production goals by making up to 800+ parts per day depending on the part.
Work independently on repetitive tasks.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate machinery with minimal supervision.
Experience in meeting production goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior machine operating experience is ideal.
Experience with hand tools, assembly, packaging, painting, soldering, punch press, and production line work.

Work Environment
Our aerospace company specializes in producing thermoplastic composite parts for airplanes using carbon fiber, serving major clients like Boeing, Airbus, and Blue Origin. We operate in a very clean and well-organized shop, equipped with advanced technology such as laser jets, welders, saws, ovens, and presses. Our environment is friendly and supportive, with 70 employees currently and the potential for expansion.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
