HCA Healthcare Inpatient Surgical LNA Trainee PRN in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Job Summary and Qualifications

Maintain acceptable attendance in an LNA training course, via hybrid learning model (skill lab, online and clinical modules. Successful completion of course will result in a guaranteed job placement. Perform all other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC ELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Accepted students will be hired as interns and enter a seven week paid training program with NH BON LNA exam:

· 2 weeks of online learning (40 hours total)

· 4 weeks of skill labs, nursing unit clinical and NH BON exam (90 hours)

· 1 week new hire orientation (36 hours)

· 2 weeks on unit orientation (64 hours)

Curriculum is sponsored by the American Red Cross and moderated by PRH registered nurse clinical instructors

Flexible shifts available post-graduation, with an expected one year post graduation commitment.

EXPERIENCE: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance)

  • High School Graduate / GED
