  • Common Frameworks & Tooling: Build and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, and utilities in dbt (macros, packages, base models), Python, Snowflake, and Streamlit that accelerate delivery across all product teams.

  • Cross-team Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews across teams, identify architectural risks and opportunities, and provide actionable guidance to ensure platform-wide consistency and quality.

  • Solution Design: Participate in solution design sessions with product teams, bridging functional requirements with sound technical decisions. Evaluate trade-offs and document recommended approaches.

  • Mentorship & Enablement: Mentor engineers across the organization, raise the collective technical bar, and document architectural decisions (ADRs) to build institutional knowledge.

  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Python preferred).

  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and define team best practices.
