Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our customs clearance team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to gather necessary information to clear shipments under EU customs regulations and providing them with general information on duties, taxes, import restrictions and other relevant information.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers to obtain required information for customs clearance.
Ensure all documentation complies with EU customs rules.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding duties, taxes, and clearance procedures.
Maintain accurate records of communications and clearance documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely clearance of shipments.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Fluent in Portuguese
Minimum12th grade of secondary school
Previous experience in a call center environment – preferred
Excellent communication skills
Results orientation
Problem solving
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
Team spirit
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Working schedule: monday to friday 16h00 - 20h00
