Key Responsibilities \' Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system \' Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently \' Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets to meet shipping and quality standards \' Consistently meet or exceed required KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and gap performance \' Monitor personal performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to maintain standards \' Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies at all times \' Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area \' Perform other duties as assigned Performance Requirements This is our highest-standard shift. Expectations are firm and non-negotiable. All new hires must meet the following after 10 days of training: \' Productivity: 100+ cases per hour \' Accuracy: No more than 1.2 errors per 1,000 cases \' Gap: 18% or lower Internal candidates must already be meeting these standards to be considered. Overall Requirements \' Must be at least 18 years old \' Prior pallet jack experience REQUIRED \' Current distribution warehouse experience REQUIRED \' Ability to lift 50\'70 lbs repeatedly \' Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs consistently \' Comfortable working in cold and wet environments (15F\'75F) \' Basic English comprehension required \' Non-slip footwear required All job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screening, including THC.
