Insight Global Patient care Advocate - Pharmacy Technician in Portland, Oregon
Job Description
You’ll spend your day supporting patients through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, helping with prescription refills, onboarding new patients, scheduling medication deliveries, completing basic insurance verification, communicating with providers, and accurately documenting every interaction. This is a phone‑heavy, detail‑oriented role on a small, supportive team where strong customer service, clear communication, and accuracy are essential. Candidates don’t need prior pharmacy experience but must hold an active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license and be comfortable with desk‑based work, learning quickly, and engaging with patients over the phone
