Rate of Pay: $180,000.00 to $196,700.00 per Year  

 

*Duties: *Responsible for the SAP sales commercial system solutions and functional design, providing leadership and coordination of processes across both IT and business stakeholders. Participate in design, configuration, build, test, and deployment activities for SAP S4 Commercial application stack. Work with business analysts and interact with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, with the end purpose of enabling innovative strategic solutions that address the business needs. Play a key role in coordinating communication across various business groups, IT technical teams, business analysts, Enterprise Architecture, and vendors. Perform activities following internal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes. Design and implement SAP Sales and Billing solution to support Commercial needs. Responsible for technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects within Commercial landscape and application stack. Review and govern business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites. Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams. Support run/sustain teams to solve new business needs and govern solution to be consistent with Commercial Global Template. Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies. Support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes. Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance. Develop both system and technical documentation. Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions. Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack. Lead and mentor Solution Analysts and IT vendor resources within the team and provide oversight and guidance/governance. Deliver activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities, and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables. 

 

20% domestic travel required. 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and eight (8) years of experience performing SAP project implementation, including SAP Sales & Distribution, Billing (including Intercompany & Service), Consignment and/or Advanced Return management process. Position also requires: Demonstrated expertise conducting detailed fit-gap analysis between legacy ERP systems (Oracle and JD Edwards) and SAP S/4HANA to identify functional and technical requirements. Demonstrated experience leading solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, pricing, credit management, shipping, billing, and intercompany sales. Demonstrated expertise defining and executing data migration and integration strategies for SAP S/4HANA, including legacy system transitions.
