Adecco US, Inc. Customer Relations Manager in Port Washington, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and project coordination
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers; identify new opportunities
Present capabilities to prospective clients and support new business development
Lead, mentor, and develop customer service staff
Develop project proposals including pricing, materials, and labor needs
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and on?time delivery
Support contract negotiations with the legal team
Attend trade shows and monitor market trends
Travel as needed to customer and supplier locations
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Must have prior experience (5-7 years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.
Ability to understand market trends, as well as experience in new customer development.
Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent customer relationship management skills and corresponding experience.
Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional project management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills, along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.
Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office suite.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
