Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working directly with children while also supporting clinical programming, staff training, and supervision.
You will work closely with our BCBA and leadership team to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy and support complex cases as needed
- Assist in developing, modifying, and overseeing treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians
- Conduct observations and assist with assessments (FBAs, skill assessments)
- Ensure treatment fidelity and accurate data collection
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, and leadership team
- Participate in parent training and team meetings
- Support a positive, engaging clinic environment

Qualifications
- Active Washington State LABA license (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
- Experience with supervision and program development preferred
