The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at Port Matilda EMS (PMEMS) is responsible for providing high-quality prehospital emergency medical care and transportation services to the residents and visitors of our coverage area. The EMT functions as part of a team delivering 911 emergency response, interfacility transports, and wheelchair transport services in a rural EMS environment.
PMEMS EMTs are expected to demonstrate professionalism, clinical competence, compassion, accountability, and a commitment to community service at all times.
