What You'll Do: As an RF Electronics Technician, you will play a key role in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF receivers, transponders, GPS receivers, and VHF electronic equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF, analog, and digital circuit boards at the PCB and final assembly level
- Use RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other advanced RF test equipment
- Perform calibration, burn-in, and final testing of products
- Diagnose and repair customer returns (RGA)
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 quality and workmanship standards
- Assist in training new and existing team members
? What We're Looking For:
- 2-year degree in electronics, vocational certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong ability to read schematics and understand circuit theory
- Experience with RF testing, troubleshooting, and repair (a plus!)
- Knowledge of JTAG programming, Python scripting, and GPIB RF test equipment is beneficial
- Soldering experience (SMD & through-hole, IPC-A-610 or JSTD-001 standards) is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and excellent communication skills
