Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient HTML5 Rich Media Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers and project managers to translate visually compelling concepts into high-performance, interactive advertising solutions. All creatives will be developed for deployment via Flashtalking , incorporating advanced animation, video integration, tracking implementation, and fully responsive layouts optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive HTML5 rich media banners and special advertising formats
Build scroll-based and iframe-embedded display ads
Implement video, Clicktag functionality, and event tracking on ads
Package, upload, and test creatives within the Flashtalking platform
Optimize assets and code for performance and lightweight delivery
Develop JavaScript-based interactive experiences, including casual ad games
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility and high production standards
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience in rich media display advertising
Advanced animation skills using GSAP and CSS keyframes
Experience with responsive, multi-device campaign development
Solid understanding of performance optimization and asset compression
Additional information
Design & Profile Expectations
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for asset optimization & export
Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
Ability to translate design concepts into seamless animated experiences
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluency in English (German is an advantage)

Experience developing 3D interactive ads
Experience building HTML5 playable ads
