Responsibilities
Prepare quotations in Altair
Create jobs in Altair
Prepare customer invoicing
Maintain customer master data
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on collections
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and NDAs (depending on supplier type)
Maintain supplier master data
Validate supplier invoices
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Fluent French and professional-level English
Accounting knowledge and familiarity with SAP
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, proactive mindset, and critical thinking
