Position Overview Blue Water Healing Clinic is seeking compassionate and motivated Limited License Professional Counselors (LLPC) to join our growing mental health practice. This position provides clinicians the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy services while receiving clinical supervision required for full licensure. Our clinic serves individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and other behavioral health concerns. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy services Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Participate in scheduled clinical supervision sessions Collaborate with other clinicians and referral partners when appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Michigan licensing requirements Manage a caseload of clients and maintain consistent scheduling Participate in occasional team meetings or trainings

Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling (MC) from an accredited program Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) in the State of Michigan Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability insurance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical clinical practice Interest in continued professional growth and development
