Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer who will be responsible for taking blueprints and programming (entering G&M codes) from scratch at the machine using the machine's control. The ideal candidate should be able to perform print-to-part machining using CNC Mill machining centers to add value to pre-casted underbody automotive parts.
Responsibilities
Enter G&M codes and perform at-machine programming (conversational programming).
Operate CNC mill machining centers effectively.
Work as a print-to-part machinist, ensuring precision and quality in machining processes.
Load existing programs and make necessary offsets as required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in entering G&M codes and conversational programming.
Experience with CNC mill machining.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
4-5 years of machining experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Fanuc controls and master cam for program generation.
Familiarity with robotics in manufacturing settings.
Capability to work in a high production shop environment.

Work Environment
The position is set in a busy manufacturing environment dedicated to metal machining, featuring a well-lighted area. It is strictly a milling CNC shop, equipped with Fanuc controls, and Master Cam. Employees work with primary CNC brands such as Vigel, SW, Mazak, and OKK. The schedule includes afternoon and midnight shifts, with required work on 2-3 Saturdays a month and occasional Sundays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
