JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group is hiring general labor employees for a growing company in Port Edwards and have immediate openings available! This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. These openings are temporary! Shifts:1st Shift 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. Overtime available on the Weekend. Wage: \$20.50 and hour Duties: Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packing. Label packages accurately with shipping information. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift packages, and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
