We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead the operations of one of our beautiful resorts in North Queensland .
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests in one of Australia’s most sought-after holiday destinations.
How You’ll Shine
As Resort Manager, you will oversee the overall operations and performance of the resort, ensuring exceptional service standards and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the resort across all departments
Building and developing a high-performing team focused on hospitality and service excellence
Managing budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs
Ensuring the resort consistently delivers outstanding owner and guest experiences
Partnering with corporate teams to implement operational initiatives and improvements
Maintaining strong relationships with Body Corporate representatives, owners and local stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements
Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and resort performance
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic resort environment and enjoys leading teams to success.
You will bring:
Proven experience in hotel or resort management
Strong operational knowledge across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, performance metrics and financial outcomes
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
