We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Manager to lead the operations of one of our beautiful resorts in North Queensland .

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests in one of Australia’s most sought-after holiday destinations.

How You’ll Shine

As Resort Manager, you will oversee the overall operations and performance of the resort, ensuring exceptional service standards and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the resort across all departments

  • Building and developing a high-performing team focused on hospitality and service excellence

  • Managing budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs

  • Ensuring the resort consistently delivers outstanding owner and guest experiences

  • Partnering with corporate teams to implement operational initiatives and improvements

  • Maintaining strong relationships with Body Corporate representatives, owners and local stakeholders

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and resort performance

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic resort environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort management

  • Strong operational knowledge across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, performance metrics and financial outcomes

  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
