  • $21.75 an hour!

  • Monday-Friday, no weekends!

  • 6am start

Position Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, the Driver Route Reclaim is responsible for driving the company vehicle in order to collect the customer products. In addition, to visiting customer sites, this position will focus on scanning, sorting and processing unsaleable and recalled consumer products for our clients as directed.

Key Job Activities:

• Manages assigned routes in an efficient manner, while ensuring customers are serviced in a timely manner and to their satisfaction

• Collects required data with handheld scanning devices, records required information legibly on route sheets and on required daily documents

• Communicates professionally and effectively with customers, co-workers and Managers

• Loads/unload boxes on pallets and truck for delivery to food bank or warehouse daily

• Follow the written instruction which contain route and client information

• Ability to perform simple math calculations

• Interacts professionally with various levels of internal/external customers, while portraying a strong professional appearance and attitude at all times and in all situations

• Completion of logbooks and understanding of hours of service regulations. Performs Pre and Post Trip Inspections

• Completion of required reports and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Experience (North America & LATAM):

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2+ Years of Experience, preferably in driving vehicles from at least 3 ton and route management

• Maintains current required driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent), with an excellent driving record

• Personal Driver’s License required (Class 5 or equivalent); Commercial Driver’s License preferred

• All CMV/CDL drivers (with a maximum gross vehicle weight rating of over 10,000 pounds (4,536 kilograms) must be able to obtain a medical card by a certified medical examiner.

• Demonstrates reasonable computer skills, knowledge of internet and the ability to use a handheld scanner (with appropriate training)

• Demonstrates the ability to read a map
