We're looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. As a Shift Manager, I take pride in creating a welcoming environment, overseeing daily operations, and coaching our team to success.
What I do every day:
- Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly restaurant environment.
- Train and mentor team members to grow their skills and achieve goals.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure an excellent experience every time.
