Temporary Fulltime position from 2-15-2026 to 11-15-2026 XX Hours/week 18.48 Per hour Drives/operates farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn, soybeans, and hay. Attach farm implements, e.g. plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tows harvesting equipment, drives/operates self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Performs duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery and transports produce to elevator or storage area. The employer will deduct from the workers' wages: FICA taxes, Medicare, State, and Federal Income tax as required by law. No deduction, not required by law will be made that brings the worker's hourly earnings below the statutory federal or state minimum wage. FICA, State, and Federal taxes will not be deducted from worker's wages that are working under a temporary, agricultural visa, unless the worker request withholding and the employer agrees to do so as stated by the IRS. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. To comply with Federal, State and County regulations must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license within two months of employment. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record.
