Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Civil Engineer / QC Manager to join our Pompano Beach office. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is passionate about technical excellence in land development and water resources. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical advisor, providing leadership and guidance on complex projects while mentoring engineering staff and supporting strategic growth.
What you'll do:
Serve as a technical resource on complex land development and water resources projects.
Provide high-level technical review and approval of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications.
Support Project Managers on complex projects by offering guidance on design approaches, risk mitigation, and constructability.
Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects.
Participate in proposal development by defining technical approaches, scopes, and QA/QC plans.
Lead and continuously improve KEITH’s civil engineering QA/QC program.
Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.
Ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
