Aerotek Forklift Operator in Pompano Beach, Florida
Forklift Driver – First Shift | Join a Supportive, Growth‑Focused Team
Ready for a stable job with great hours and a team that values your skills? We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations, keep inventory moving, and help deliver excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate forklifts (sit‑down, stand‑up, cherry picker, pallet jack) to move goods and equipment
Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
Package shipments and perform inventory checks using an RF scanner
Load and unload materials to keep workflow running smoothly
What You Bring
2+ years of warehouse or industrial experience
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory processes
Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and order picking
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Forklift license or working toward obtaining one
Comfortable working at heights (for cherry picker operation)
Experience in similar environments (airports, supermarkets, distribution centers)

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM (overtime available)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
