SIPAC VENTURES LLC Flexographic Printing Press Operator in Pompano Beach, Florida
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Overprint Machine Operator, Flexographic Printing. In this role, you will operate machinery that prints designs, logos, or text onto paper bags with twisted handles.
Candidates with previous experience in printing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flexographic printing on paper bags according to job specifications
- Set up machine settings such as alignment, ink levels, and bag feed
- Load and unload paper bags safely and efficiently
- Monitor print quality and make minor adjustments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the machine area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Collaborate with team members and report any issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Printing experience is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 35 lbs]
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
