ManpowerGroup Switchboard Assembler in Pomona, California
Our client, a leading manufacturer in electromechanical equipment, is seeking a dedicated Switchboard Assembler to join their team. As a Switchboard Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Switchboard Assembler
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Range: $18.50/hour
Shift: 4:00PM-12:30AM
What's the Job?
Assemble or modify electromechanical equipment such as switchboards and lighting panels using mechanical tools and blueprints.
Operate hand and power tools to process work orders efficiently and accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and related documents to ensure proper assembly.
Gather parts, assemble components, and connect cables and wires to create functional units.
Verify units meet specifications, prepare finished products for shipping, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in assembly or related field.
Training in assembly processes and familiarity with blueprints.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical/measuring tools.
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English effectively.
