Position: Director of Human Resources
We’re seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking, employee‑centric HR Director to champion people initiatives across multiple regions and teams.
In this role, you’ll:
Shape and roll out company‑wide HR strategies
Partner with senior leadership
Lead HRBP teams
Drive culture, engagement, and performance
Ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence in everything HR touches

What You’ll Do
Foster a positive, engaging, people‑first workplace culture
Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals
Lead performance evaluation, staffing, training & development efforts
Coach and develop HRBP teams
Partner with ER, Legal, L&D, and Recruitment teams
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Handle employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and consistency
Anticipate and mitigate potential litigation risks
Use HR data & metrics to guide business decisions
Navigate and advise on employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Conduct investigations and maintain documentation integrity
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in Human Resources / People & Culture
Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Psychology preferred)
Demonstrated leadership across all levels of an organization
Strong business acumen with a people‑centered mindset
Data analysis & reporting knowledge
Master’s Degree a plus
Bilingual abilities a plus
Requirements
Ability to travel 50% - 75%
Strong understanding of labor laws & HR best practices
