Mission Lawn and Landscape, a locally owned, fast growing landscape and lawn maintenance company is seeking a Landscape Detail Crew Lead who is an organized individual able to manage a daily work schedule efficiently. Qualifications include being self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent customer service and communications skills. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver's license. Employee will be trained to perform the following duties; pull weeds, prune trees and shrubs, clean-up lawns, provide light landscape assistance to other crew members, install drip irrigation, pick-up trash, perform light weed control application (backpack or hand-held spraying). This position can be physically demanding requiring extended periods of time on knees and bending. You will transport your crew in a 4-door pickup truck pulling a small trailer. The Crew Lead is responsible for learning the properties and locations where we do recurring work at and to assure the other detail crew members are being efficient and doing work correctly. We provide snow removal services in the winter. Wage range is $23 to $28 per hour based upon experience. Monthly bonus after the first month of up to $5 per hour is available to all employees.
