Logan Health Clinic Operations Manager | Primary Care Polson in Polson, Montana

Logan Health is looking for a strategic, people-first leader to guide our outpatient clinic operations in Polson — a close-knit, mission-driven community where your leadership will make a real difference. What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

  • 3+ years of progressive healthcare experience

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, engaged team

  • Support recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic workflows and patient flow

  • Ensure efficient, high-quality care from first contact through follow-up

  • Lead process improvement efforts to enhance access, service, and outcomes

Strategic & Financial Management

  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning and program development

  • Monitor budgets, productivity, and financial performance

  • Use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities

Patient Experience & Quality

  • Champion a culture of service excellence and immediate service recovery

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

  • Strengthen patient access, satisfaction, and overall care experience

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work closely with providers, leadership, finance, and revenue cycle teams

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization

  • Support system-wide initiatives and organizational goals

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
