What You'll Do:
- Assist with bread and pastry production
- Learn traditional baking techniques including croissants and artisan breads
- Prep ingredients, shape dough, finish products
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Early riser with strong work ethic
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Previous food service experience helpful but not required
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Details:
Full-Time
- 5:30 AM Monday - Friday
- 6:30 AM Saturday
- 6:30 AM Sunday (Summer months)
Pay: Dependent on experience
