Philips Customer Project manager Hospital Patient Monitoring (all genders) in Poland - Remote Based, Poland
As a Project Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring , you will play a vital role in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with our customers in Poland.
You will ensure continuity and strong local engagement through proactive communication and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Your on-site presence, timely coordination, quick issue resolution, and consistent service delivery, especially in high-touch environments, will be central to your daily work.
Your role:
Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.
Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluates project risks, issues, and changes requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.
You’re the right fit if you:
Bring a strong IT and systems background and have hands‑on experience working in software‑heavy environments, ideally within complex or enterprise‑scale solutions.
Communicate confidently in Polish and English and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders while staying highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Are proficient in software‑based systems and system configuration , with the ability to discuss network topics such as connectivity, infrastructure, and technical parameters , while also working across software and selected hardware components.
Can manage large‑scale deployments involving hundreds or thousands of devices, work effectively under time pressure, set priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate closely with engineers, Order Management, and customer teams.
Are comfortable engaging directly with hospital customers, explaining technical and infrastructural requirements (network, power, room readiness), and are open to frequent on‑site visits and regular travel, with a valid B driving license required.
