Philips Customer Project Coordinator for Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy (all genders) in Poland - Remote Based, Poland
As a Customer Project Coordinator for Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy you will be responsible for providing advanced support in managing comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team. The role handles complex logistics, including schedule management and high-level meetings, aligning all arrangements with project timelines and customer expectations.
Your role:
Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and easy accessibility for the project team.
Coordinate complex project logistics, including schedules, high‑level meetings, and alignment of activities with project timelines and customer expectations.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, quality standards, budgets, and expenses, proactively flagging risks, delays, or discrepancies to the project management team.
Coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates on project status and changes.
Update and manage project data across multiple internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and ongoing project activities.
Address moderately complex customer inquiries, support project reporting and risk management, and apply analytical skills to resolve issues within established procedures.
You’re the right fit if you:
Bring over 2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or a comparable administrative/operational role.
Are a highly organized person who handling a high volume of administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining data in internal systems, managing documentation, and supporting day‑to‑day office and operational activities.
Pay strong attention to detail, can work confidently with repetitive tasks, and consistently focus on accuracy, timeliness, and good information flow.
Communicate fluently and clearly in both English and Polish via email and with customers and internal stakeholders, helping to “connect the dots” and ensure smooth coordination and information exchange.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
