Description
Robert Half is partnering with a hospitality organization to identify a detail‑oriented and people‑focused HR Assistant to support their Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment and is passionate about supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee relations by assisting with employee questions, documentation, and day‑to‑day HR support
Coordinate and support onboarding for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and system setup
Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting open roles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Help maintain HR compliance, ensuring employee files, records, and processes align with company policies and employment regulations
Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and support audits as needed
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, escalating issues appropriately
Requirements
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an HR support, HR Assistant, or administrative role (hospitality experience is a plus)
Working knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, and recruiting processes
Familiarity with HR compliance best practices and employment documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
