To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen and our Corporate Controlling department in Germany, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Senior Controller
Job Responsibilities
Analysis of business units from a group-wide perspective
Support for the Executive Board and business units on special topics
Critical review of major investment projects
Management of multi-year planning and preparation of decision-relevant documents
Advancing digitalization in Corporate Controlling
Target oriented preparation of data and results
Preparation of committee meetings
Presentations to management
Job Requirements
University degree in business administration with outstanding academic performance, or a related field with additional business training
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in controlling, executive assistance or management consulting
Experience in independent project work and preparation of executive-level documents
Very good IT user skills in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and affinity for digitalization and AI
Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are an asset
Very systematic and analytical working style and ability to present complex issues in a concise, clear, and understandable manner while meeting deadlines
High level of initiative and creativity, strong team spirit, confident demeanor, and assertiveness
