Ideal candidates are recent graduates/grads in May 2026 of a 2-year technical or trade program or a 4-year college/university program who are ready to apply their education in a hands-on operational leadership environment.

    What You'll Do:

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how our business operates:

  • Customer Service & Office Operations

  • Delivery & Logistics

  • Service & Field Operations

  • Sales & Customer Growth

  • Credit & Financial Operations

    You’ll also:

  • Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis

  • Review performance metrics and operational reports

  • Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives

  • Learn industry regulations and company policies

  • Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects

  • Take part in formal company-sponsored leadership training

This is not a shadowing program — you’ll be actively involved in real business operations.
