Job Title: Medical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our team. This position involves the precise assembly of medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. Candidates must be quick learners, capable of mastering complex processes, and comfortable working in a clean room environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
Perform assembly tasks under a microscope and cross-train at different stations.
Utilize blades, cutters, and other tools to maneuver small components and parts.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes and labeling tasks.
Essential Skills
Good communication skills with strong reading and writing comprehension.
Reliable transportation.
Great hand dexterity and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
Understanding of measurements with rulers and calipers.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferably 6 months or more of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly, but open to entry-level candidates.
Experience with microscopes and cleanroom assembly is a plus.
Candidates who have shown longevity in previous roles and seek long-term career opportunities are preferred.

Work Environment
The role is based in a medical device company operating within a full clean room environment. Employees are required to wear hair nets, gowns, booties, and must wash hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
