⭐ What You’ll Do
Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment
Work with hand tools, microscopes, blades, and precision instruments
Rotate through multiple stations and expand your skill set through cross‑training
Perform detailed assembly and inspection under a microscope
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards
Communicate clearly in English for documentation and auditing
Assist with labeling tasks that require accurate color recognition
⭐ What You Bring
Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to read measurements using rulers and calipers
Good verbal and written communication in English
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
Organized, reliable, and willing to work overtime when needed
Preferred (But Not Required)
6+ months of medical assembly or manufacturing experience
Cleanroom or microscope experience
Reliable transportation
Entry‑level candidates are welcome—training is provided.

⭐ Work Environment
You’ll work in a full cleanroom environment with strict hygiene standards. Team members wear hair nets, gowns, booties, and closed‑toe shoes. To maintain product safety, items like nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and ripped clothing aren’t allowed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
