Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Engineer Sr, Manufacturing to join their team. As an Engineer Sr, Manufacturing, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting process development and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovation, resourcefulness, and strong leadership skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules
Manage projects involving new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions
Support new product introductions and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians
Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations to ensure quality standards
Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput through Lean manufacturing concepts
What's Needed?
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality or Packaging within a manufacturing environment
Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively
Experience coordinating the design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling and machinery
