Install, start up, and debug robotic automation systems at customer sites, with emphasis on paint/coating and sealer/dispensing applications; program and teach FANUC robots (including CRX collaborative units) and integrate PLC/HMI, vision, and dispense controllers; perform I/O checkout, path teaching, flow-rate calibration, and cycle optimization to meet quality, throughput, and safety targets; execute FAT/SAT and support buyoff through customer acceptance; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues; document configurations, service reports, and as-built changes, and maintain parts/tracking logs; provide technical support and training to customers and junior service staff; follow engineering guidelines and applicable safety/environmental regulations; coordinate schedules, parts, and status with the service supervisor/project manager to ensure customer satisfaction, proper billing, and timely completion of service calls/projects; travel to customer sites as needed.
