As a highway engineer in Novi, you will join an energetic regional and national team of highway engineers, traffic engineers, transportation planners, stormwater engineers, and structural engineers, and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) specialists.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Autonomy & Leadership: With the support of your fellow employee owners, including company leadership and the project team, and direct access to a comprehensive learning and development program, you'll independently steer all technical aspects of roadway engineering and lead the project design, production, and quality assurance/quality control to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.
Client & Team Communication: Leaning on your ability to build lasting relationships, you will effectively communicate with clients and the project team to exceed client expectations, resulting in repeat business and growth opportunities for our associates.
