Day to Day
Program Overview (for Recruiters)
• Consolidation of 8 CRM systems into 1 Salesforce instance
• Scope includes:
o Account & contact data
o Product hierarchy alignment
o Quoting, sales order processing, and software provisioning
o Integration with HubSpot for marketing and lead management
What This Person Will Do
• Translate business needs into functional & technical requirements
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Support requirements across:
o Accounts & contacts
o Product hierarchies
o Quoting & order processing
o HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration

Skills and Requirements
• 2–3 years BA experience on CRM Salesforce Cloud
• Salesforce requirements delivery experience
• Gathering requirements understand the nice to have vs requirements
• Up to 10% travel
• CRM implementation or migration experience
• Sales process knowledge
• Strong backlog discipline • HubSpot or marketing automation exposure
• Product hierarchy requirements experience
• Quote to cash / CPQ exposure
