Customer Service Representative (Call Center)Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support a high‑volume call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and follow‑up outreach related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information. Success in this position requires strong customer service skills, accuracy, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and some follow‑up calls
Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential account information
Provide excellent customer service with a high level of attention to detail
Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems
Utilize several programs and tools simultaneously to track interactions and document communication
Meet established performance metrics for quality and accuracy
Manage approximately 50–100 calls per day, depending on call complexity
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
Experience in a high‑volume call center environment
Stable work history with at least 1 year of tenure in previous roles
Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Dependable, consistent, and professional work ethic
Pre‑Employment Assessments
Candidates must successfully complete the following assessments:
Typing Test (One‑Space Version): Minimum 30 WPM
Call Center Telephone Skills Assessment: Minimum score of 75%
Experience Level
Entry to Mid‑Level (1+ year call center experience required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
