TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Plymouth, Michigan
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. If you’re motivated by helping others, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for every caller, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your customer service career.
What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Conduct occasional follow-up calls to ensure questions are fully resolved
Provide accurate information regarding prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential matters
Work within multiple computer systems to document and update customer records
Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information
Meet performance expectations for quality, accuracy, and call volume (typically 50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity)

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate several systems at once
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 year of recent call center experience handling high call volumes (within the last 2–3 years)
Stable work history — no “jumpy” resumes
Minimum one-year tenure in previous roles
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
