Insight Global CRM Architect in Plymouth, Michigan

Job Description

• Consolidation of 8 CRM systems into 1 Salesforce instance

• Scope includes:

o Account & contact data

o Product hierarchy alignment

o Quoting, sales order processing, and software provisioning

o Integration with HubSpot for marketing and lead management

What This Person Will Do

• Define and maintain target state CRM ecosystem architecture

• Own architecture across:

o Salesforce

o HubSpot

o Product hierarchies

o Quoting, order processing, provisioning

• Define integration patterns, data ownership, and system boundaries

• Provide architectural guardrails (no delivery or people management)

Skills and Requirements

• 2–3 years in CRM / application architecture role

• Salesforce Cloud centric architecture experience

• Integration design experience

• Marketing automation integration exposure (HubSpot preferred)

• Strong understanding of CRM data models and lead to cash flows • Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud

• Product hierarchy rationalization

• Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) familiarity

• CRM consolidation or post acquisition experience
