Athena Health Care Systems Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Plymouth, Massachusetts
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic care team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth! As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40 to $46 with weekly pay, shift differentials, and an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus!*
Full-time and part-time openings on all shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
Follow physician's orders and administer medication according to procedure
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs
Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list
Document and report any unusual or significant findings
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
Must be CPR certified
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state, or be in the process of obtaining one
