Our client, a leading organization in the global business sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting executive leaders and regional teams.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant 5
Location: Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ
Pay Range: $37
What's the Job?
Perform diverse administrative duties for senior leaders with broad business responsibilities on a global basis.
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
Manage correspondence, reports, and maintain all relevant files and records.
Support management in recruiting processes and new employee onboarding.
Participate in special projects, research, and prepare reports with recommendations.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 8 years of relevant experience supporting executive leaders.
Experience working within global organizations and managing schedules across time zones preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and internet research skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
