Job Duties: Inspecting product for defects, damage and imperfections & being assertive if a quality issue arises Working with supervisors & account teams to resolve quality issues Following all documented processes and procedures Gathering data to resolve quality-related issues Ensuring quality requirements meet or exceed customer requirements Cross-training in all departmental quality areas Maintain accurate and thorough record keeping Comply with facility safety and work rules As needed, performing and maintaining 5S procedures Follow ISO procedures and participate in ISO audits & training Special projects as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous manufacturing/inspection experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skill Must possess good computer skills (ex.
